How do Crystals Work

Crystals can change the mind, body and spirit energies through entrainment.  The vibrations of a crystal and the body affect the entrainment.  The crystals vibration will change as well.  Crystals (if properly cleansed and charged) will generally have a higher vibration than the human body.  Thus they will raise the bodies vibration (advancing spirituality as well as moving in a positive direction our mental, physical, and emotional self).  If you can understand and respect that everything has an energy (vibration) then it is easier to embrace the concept of how the energy of a crystal can affect our energy.
