At Kathi’s Creations, each item is carefully selected and packaged with intention. Due to the nature of metaphysical and handmade products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Returns
We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Items must be unused and in original condition
Return authorization is required before sending any item back
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
Crystals, stones, and metaphysical items
Custom or handmade products
Clearance or sale items
Items marked “final sale”
This policy is in place to protect the energetic integrity and hygiene of our products.
Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued at our discretion. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kathi’s Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. We recommend selecting tracked and insured shipping at checkout.
