Due to the nature of metaphysical items:
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect
Natural variations in crystals and handmade items are normal and not defects
Colors, shapes, and sizes may vary slightly from photos

Deposits & Payments
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits secure your order, booking, or service time and compensate for preparation, energetic work, and reserved availability. If you fail to complete payment, cancel, or do not attend a scheduled service, the deposit will be forfeited.
No exceptions will be made.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order is marked as delivered, Kathi’s Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All shipping-related issues must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
