Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kathi’s Creations. Each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with intention.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship within the United States and internationally using trusted carriers.

Estimated delivery times (not guaranteed):

U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days after shipment

International Orders: 7–21+ business days, depending on destination and customs

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts)

Free shipping does not apply to international orders unless stated otherwise

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country. Kathi’s Creations is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Kathi’s Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked delivered, Kathi’s Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend choosing tracked and insured shipping when available.

Any shipping issues must be reported within 10 days of the delivery date.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and original packaging.

Return authorization is required before any item is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Please note: Due to the nature of metaphysical items, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
